Based on the Sunshine Coast our Vapour blasting / Aqua blasting Service is a gentle, clean by flow surface cleaning method that combines water, fine non abrasive glass bead media, and compressed air. Ideal for restoring metal parts, it removes contaminants, corrosion, and old coatings without damaging the base material. Unlike dry blasting, vapour blasting creates a smooth, satin finish while reducing dust and heat buildup. It's commonly used in automotive, aerospace, and industrial restoration projects. This environmentally friendly process enhances surface integrity and prepares components for painting, coating, or reuse. Vapour blasting restores parts to a like-new satin condition, maintaining fine details and tolerances. It’s a preferred method for precision restoration.

Vapour Blasting
Vapour Blasting, also referred to as Aqua Blasting is a process we use mainly for the cleaning and restoration of non ferrous metal components back to their original satin appearance and condition. A mix of water and non aggressive glass bead media is designed to clean materials without effecting the profile of the sub straight. Unlike many forms of dry blasting, Vapour Blasting is designed to clean it to a better than new satin finish.
Anodizing & Paint Removal
We can safely remove paint and anodizing prior to vapour blasting, or use more aggressive media to etch for painting and Cerakoting.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Ultrasonic Cleaning uses high frequency sound waves through liquid to effectively remove dirt and contaminants such as stale fuel. It provides a powerful yet gentle cleaning process for all hard to reach areas. It is non caustic and non abrasive, so is very popular for internal cleaning of carbs, jets, etc. Ultrasonic cleaning uses Cavitation bubbles induced by high frequency pressure (sound) waves to agitate a liquid which provides an effective cleaning method.
